Issued in December 1938, signed in ink by all required parties and impressed with the Company Seal. 7" x 11", green and black on white quality paper, engraved by the "American Bank Note Company." With a decorative border and incorporating a vignette showing the portrait of two men. The Certificate has been "Cancelled" by perforated punchings. Very fine condition.
