Issued in August 1951, signed by all concerned and impressed with the Company Seal. 8" x 11.5", 2 sides, on quality paper. Lithographed by the "American Bank Note Company, Philadelphia.", in an ornate style in green and black on white. Incorporating a nice vignette showing a train standing at a station headed by a 4-4-0 type tender locomotive with various people and luggage in view. The Certificate has been Cancelled in July 1955 by a perforation punch and a couple of neat holes through the Seal and signature. An excellent piece. Together with 3 further paper items regarding this Stock. Fine condition.
