Showing a detailed perspective view of the impressive station building from the outside roadway with passengers entering and leaving. Together with "Abergele Station." 4" x 9", showing the station building with train running into the platform; "Holywell Station." 4" x 4.5", showing the building and platform from across the tracks; and "Flint Castle." 4" x 4", a view of the ruins. Including a quite lengthy text article on the railway and its importance. Great history. This and that following are without folds and in generally fine condition.

Showing the station building and crowded platform with train running in, the castle just visible behind. Together with "Ogwen Viaduct." 4.5" x 9", seen from a distance with train crossing the high structure; and "Bangor Station." 4.5" x 9", looking across the tracks to the station building and platform, a train is entering, seemingly on the wrong line! Including a text article.

London, 20th March 1874. 11.25" x 8.75", 3 pages. Folding to 8.75" x 3.75". Giving details of the Bonds and the expectations for the company. Some foxing.

233-3682. Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company. Certificate for Shares of the Capital Stock of One Hundred Dollars each. Written for "Ten Shares" and Issued in January 1883, signed by required parties. 7.5" x 10.75", grey and black on white quality paper, engraved in an ornate style with a decorative border by the "American Bank Note Co., New York & Boston." Incorporating a nice vignette showing a 4-4-0 locomotive standing on train at a station, with a passenger and man portering luggage. The Certificate has been "Cancelled May 1889" by rubber stamping and three holes punched neatly down one side. A delightful nineteenth century piece, excellent American history. Generally very fine condition.
