"Approved by the Board 7th December 1894." 13" x 8", part printed on watermarked paper. Written 3rd December 1895, the total amount being Seventy Six Thousand Five Hundred Pounds. Covering the Wainfleet and Firsby Railway and the railway and works extending from Firsby to Skegness. Rubber stamped by the "Executive Accounts Committee". Super history. Generally fine condition.

Needless to say there are many changes with the scene as it is today. Light foxing on some text pages as is usual but very pleasing in fine condition.
