Not issued but impressed with the Company Seal and signed by the Treasurer and President of the Company. 7.5" x 10.75", 2 sides. Engraved in an ornate style in green & black on white quality paper by the American Bank Note Company, New York. Incorporating an excellent vignette showing a passenger train with a 4-4-0 locomotive at the head. The Certificate is "Cancelled" by rubber stamp and by perforation stamp. Particularly nice. Very fine condition.

With a selection of factual articles, fictional stories, a complete novel, some verse, and other bits and pieces. This includes "The Railroad Police", "On the Circus Special", and "Only Railroad in United States owned by Uncle Sam". There is much of real interest in this, it has some age grubbiness in places and some page corner creasing, however it will certainly please.

The region covered is divided into zones and each of these has two maps. A transportation infrastructure map showing railroads, highways and cities; and a railway map showing traffic density, signalling systems and station names. Index maps, locate areas by zone number. There are many class 1 railroads listed throughout these maps and very many other than Class 1. Generally very fine condition.

235-0492. "Railway at Balaclava. Stationary Engine beyond the camp of General Verey." Engraved Drawing. Picture size 5.5" x 9". On an extracted page from The Illustrated London News. 14th April 1855. 15.75" x 10.5". Showing a detailed perspective view of the rail head with work in progress. The engine is connected to winch drums with an arrangement of cables. A loaded goods wagon is on the line and there are some horses and mules with loads, about the site. Including the short text essay for the piece. Very good history. Without folds and in very fine condition. We will send it rolled.

The 2nd Pigeon is a coal train on the Norfolk & Western Railroad and this is the sound story of a complete run from Williamson to Kermit, West Virginia, and back again; abridged into eight sequences. The Mockingbird features freight train working up the grade on the Saltbranch of the N. & W.R. Both sides include locomotives of the Y6 Class. In fine condition illustrated light card slip case, 12.25" x 12.25". Record in very fine condition.
