244-0725. Series 'A' Coupe Lits. Engineers Working Drawings. Chemins de Fer de l'Est, Paris. Drawing date 1878, on 6 sheets 26" x 45", white on blue company print, to a scale of one tenth. Showing first class sleeping carriage, No. A49. Four wheel, 7.5 metre chassis length, with three separate compartments, the centre one being equipped with full folding beds and a water closet. The drawings are fully detailed and dimensioned giving all elevations and plan views, exterior and interior. A most interesting luxury carriage. Scarce, folded, generally fine condition.

Series "Les Locomotives Francaises (Etat)." Black titles, card No. 56. 3.5" x 5.5". An excellent photographic series that show the subject in a working situation. All are unused and in very fine condition.

Blue print to a scale of one-hundredth. Showing a fine fully detailed side elevation view, with major dimensions, weights, and principle specifications, dates and numbers. French terminology. Particularly nice pieces. This and those following in very fine condition.

Series "Les Locomotives (Ouest)", red titles on face, card No. 42, circa 1905. 3.5" x 5.5", showing the engine as newly turned out. This and those following are unused and in very fine condition.

244-0741. Choctaw, Oklahoma and Gulf Railroad Company. Certificate, written for "20" Shares of 50 dollars each of the Common Stock. Issued in June 1899, signed by all parties concerned. 7" x 11.5", 2 sides. Engraved in an ornate style in green and black on white quality paper by the "Franklin-Lee Bank Note Co. New York." Incorporating a nice vignette showing a 4-4-0 locomotive running into a station on train with several people waiting on the platform; and another showing three black labourers man-handling a large bale of cloth. Cancelled by perforated punch and some neat clippings. Great American history. Generally very fine condition.

244-0746. Commencement of the Silloth Railway. Wood engraved Drawing. Picture size 5.75" x 9", on a page extracted from The Illustrated London News. 15th September 1855. 15.75" x 10.5". Showing a detailed perspective view of the ceremony at Drumburgh, within sight of the Solway Frith (sic); with Sir James Graham cutting the first turf. There are numerous spectators and a piece of the completed Port Carlisle Railway can be seen behind, with the top part of a locomotive engine which had hauled the train with the official party from Carlisle. The text article is included. Excellent history. Without folds and in very fine condition. We will send it rolled.

Zu Buchfahrplan Heft 4b. 8.25" x 6", 1 page, duplicator reproduced typescript. Giving timetable for a goods train between Koln Nippes and Krefeld. Extremely scarce. Some browning to the paper otherwise in nearly new condition.

London. 1914. 12.75" x 8.25", 7 pages + a printed slip that indicates that this printing should be substituted for the one previously issued. Fine condition.
